I made appointment for my son online check in time was 5 min.Get there and they tell me the next available person can't do his type of hair an that there is only 2 people that can but it was additional 2 min wait.His hair type is curly not tight curls just regular loss curls. waited over 20 min there was bunch of people that got there hair cut before him.If you guys aren't able to cut curly hair there should be a section in your online check in for hair type so our time don't get wasted!! The workers are very rude no costumer service at all. I would so recommend great clips there very awesome and there wait time is the actual wait time excellent costumer service.

Melissa did a fantastic job at not only my haircut but also telling me about the free name I trims between haircuts and the season pass special. I have been in numerous times before, even had the store manager and the second assistant manager cut my hair. Niether one ever mentioned the season pass special to me or told me about the between haircut free neck trims. Great Jakob Melissa keep up the fantastic work.
