The gal that was cutting my hair accidentally shaved a small v onto the right side of my head while not using a guide and then had the audacity to tel me it was a patch of dandruff that I was seeing. She took no accountability for her mistake by simply denying it was there. I will be looking to get my money back. Not impressed

The receptionist was very rude I had brought my two young boys in to get their haircut and because they were playing with the styling products the receptionist actually told us that it was against store policy for them to be playing with the product. In the event that this is true then product should be put up where children cannot reach them and you guys should not offer services to children under the age of 12
