I made appointment for my son online check in time was 5 min.Get there and they tell me the next available person can't do his type of hair an that there is only 2 people that can but it was additional 2 min wait.His hair type is curly not tight curls just regular loss curls. waited over 20 min there was bunch of people that got there hair cut before him.If you guys aren't able to cut curly hair there should be a section in your online check in for hair type so our time don't get wasted!! The workers are very rude no costumer service at all. I would so recommend great clips there very awesome and there wait time is the actual wait time excellent costumer service.

I’ve been going here for a while now. Every time I always ask for Melissa Rogers simply because she has never let me down. She definitely makes you leave that store feeling brand new and refreshed as an individual. She shows she cares about you as a person and makes sure you look like the absolute best version of yourself. Some stylists there may give some people a bad experience so if your wanting the best experience ask for Danielle or Melissa :)
